Hey Snohomies! 🌲

I'm Courtney! The proud ringmaster of a lively circus—three kids, my boyfriend, a dog, chickens, and a cat who thinks she's the one running the show. We've been rocking this town for over three years now, soaking up the history and turning every day into a backyard adventure.

I was born in San Ramon California, so you might catch me saying that’s where I’m from - but the majority of my life was spent in Woodinville, WA - graduating from Woodinville High School in ‘08. I have always had a knack for style and trends which landed me at Central Washington University where I graduated with my Bachelors in Fashion Merchandising, which then led me through the aisles of Nordstrom as my first career, selling accessories and managing teams across the PNW - including the Flagship store downtown. But now? I'm your friendly neighborhood real estate wizard, part of a dream team led by my partner in crime (and mom antics) whom I met at a brewery in Snohomish — our daughters were romping around, and we just clicked and have been doing life together since!

My hobbies include mastering the art of thrift store treasure hunts and dragging my squad to every local brewery. Because, let's be real, life is too short to drink bad beer or miss out on hidden gems! Whether we're chasing chickens or exploring Snohomish's nooks and crannies, we're always up for some fun escapades.

You'll catch me at Fred's on a Friday, or at Audacity Brewing, enjoying takeout pizza over a beer with my boyfriend. But don't be surprised if you find me snuggled up at home, binge-watching Fixer Upper or imagining myself as the next Food Network sensation.

I live for connecting with fellow Snohomies! Whether you're on the hunt for a home or just want to swap chicken-raising tips, I'm your gal!
